Please find below what we set out as the Service Standards by the entire team at Crown Tree Consultancy Ltd. Our team of tree specialists and arboricultural consultants will strive to:

Reply to enquiries immediately upon receipt.

Undertake tree surveys within 5-10 working days from date of instruction.
Provide regular updates on the surveys and tree reports.
Provide excellent value for money.
Provide a tree report that is concise, easy to comprehend, well laid out and highly informative.
A consultant will be committed to your project and provide ongoing guidance and expertise.

Quality of Service

The staff at Crown Tree Consultancy will always try to be as helpful as possible. We will offer advice where possible and will tailor our tree reports to suit your particular needs. We shall arrange tree surveys for mutually suitable date and times and shall always endeavour to arrive promptly. If we are running late, a member of our team will call to advise you.

You are always invited to meet the consultant undertaking your tree survey should you wish to discuss anything in person directly, enabling us to better understand your tree survey requirements.
